Delete Account & Data
If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below:
Option 1 – Delete from mobile app
- Open the application
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2 – Request via email
You may also request deletion by contacting us:
Email: support@myshop-app.com
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username or user ID
We will process your request within 7 business days.
After deletion:
- Your personal information will be permanently removed
- Your order history may be anonymized for legal purposes
- Some data may be retained where required by law
